1、將物料均勻放入真空烘箱附帶的烘盤內，將烘盤插入烘架車中，推入干燥箱內。如果采用蒸氣加熱或水加熱的方式，耙式干燥機則需用快接將專用烘架車(上下口)的兩個加熱口，與水或蒸氣的所口接好。
2、關緊箱門，放氣閥，箱門上有螺栓，可使箱門與硅膠密封條緊密結合。
3、將真空泵與真空閥連接，開啟真空閥，抽真空。依據真空泵的性能，抽到壓力表為真空泵的極限值為準。
4、抽完真空后，先將真空閥門關閉，如果真空閥門關不緊，請更換，然后再將真空泵電源關閉或移除。(防止倒吸現象產生)
5、本所物料的干燥周期，每隔一段時間觀察一下，歷力表，溫度表，和箱體內的變化，來處理。如果壓力表指數下降，則可能存在漏氣現象，可再進行抽氣操作。
